Anybody else feel like beginning the Everett Massacre article? I might try. Xen0phile 17:55, 10 July 2005 (UTC)

Gang violence

I removed the statement, "Sadly Everett is now large of hub for gang violence in the state of Washington" because it is unsupported by statistics relative to the Puget Sound area. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Bigcheesebebbs (talkcontribs) 01:42, 31 December 2005 (UTC)

Crime stats

Good job on keeping NPOV. :-P Citations really are needed, though. Aep 01:22, 3 March 2006 (UTC)
Feel free to get rid of the stats for now. I swear I came across those stats in a city comparison site, but have been unable to find them. Once I do, I will add the appropriate citation. --Hypergeometric2F1(a,b,c,x) 10:34, 3 March 2006 (UTC)

Major city Status

What is the Wiki criteria for "major" city categorization? I would say that containing Boeing's largest manufacturing facility, having a population of ~100,000, and being the seat of the state's fastest-growing county would certainly qualify Everett for such status, at least as much as Vancouver or the TriCities. 206.124.145.1 04:12, 17 October 2006 (UTC)

High schools

Mariner is outside the city limits. Should it be listed as a school in the city? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.112.213.53 (talkcontribs) 04:51, 21 December 2006 (UTC)

Mariner High school is located in south Everett, north of 128th street and Airport road. 71.227.182.13 (talk) 07:49, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Fair use rationale for Image:EverettHawks.gif

Image:EverettHawks.gif is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in Wikipedia articles constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 06:45, 4 June 2007 (UTC)

Adding "Famous People"

I know several famous people from Everett, and was wondering if a section devoted to that should be made. Please share your thoughts below.Thegreatglobetrotter 17:46, 8 September 2007 (UTC)

The science fiction writer David Eddings once called Everett his home. 71.227.182.13 (talk) 07:51, 5 January 2009 (UTC)

Middle Schools

I just added the middle schools, improve on it. CallMeAndrew (talk) 04:14, 5 March 2009 (UTC)

Please fix the name of Evergreen from "Evergree" under middle schools. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Shaydie (talkcontribs) 18:19, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
