This article's scope is incorrectly narrowed in scope to automotive applications - in fact almost any internal combustion engine in any application can have an exhaust manifold (e.g. aviation engines, generators, pumps, trains, chainsaws, outboard engines...) That's a fair observation - but what should we do about it? Keep this as automotive (there's plenty of scope) and create something new for the broader scope of IC engine exhausts? Or simply rename this and broaden it? I'd favour the first. Andy Dingley (talk) 10:47, 30 October 2011 (UTC)[reply]
