Clugston article[edit]

The main thesis of the Clugston article may be damaged by the recent Supreme Court decision in Kirtsaeng v. John Wiley & Sons, Inc. That may require some drastic edits. PraeceptorIP (talk) 00:59, 30 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

This is supposed to be a general Wikipedia article about the exhaustion of intellectual property rights, without being focused on U.S. law. The Clugston article is in fact only used to support rather general considerations. --Edcolins (talk) 20:20, 30 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]
