Exit Sign (song) → Exit Sign – "Exit sign" refers to the depiction of a nearby exit, whilst "Exit Sign" in title case more commonly refers to the Hilltop Hoods song, with the redirect only being created around the time the latter was released. Seeing as the community was universally opposed when you suggested moving Drivers License (song) to Drivers License, I'm surprised to see that you'd think this is uncontroversial. Especially when this song is much more obscure. 162 etc. (talk) 15:12, 27 January 2022 (UTC)[reply]
- They weren't universally opposed, and the vast majority of them misunderstood the goal of the move ("Drivers License", without the apostrophe and original spelling, is far different to the usage of "Driver's licence"). But thanks for the inclusion of an ad hominem fallacy, I guess, as that isn't relevant to this move. And obscure? It was a top 20 single in Australia, hardly grounds for obscurity. Comment: I apologise for not taking this through RM initially—I did think it to be uncontroversial, as small details are enough to distinguish the two. I can list plenty of similar examples to these two, all of which are solved by a hatnote from the primary topic to the other page (one being White pepper vs White Pepper).
