Endonuclease[edit]

Endonuclease has merged with Restriction endonuclease or Restriction enzyme, so I have removed endonuclease. Active contributor 05:11, 20 March 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Primers[edit]

I think it should be called DNA primer, not RNA primer. --Maximilianh 09:09, 18 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

It is an RNA primer. DNA-Poly can't get started without an RNA primer. --jorgeK —Preceding unsigned comment added by 159.53.46.141 (talk) 15:02, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Watimoleculle[edit]

What's a watimoleculle? It's in the description of exonuclease IV. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.87.27.204 (talk) 02:45, 29 October 2013 (UTC)[reply]

"Watimoleculle" was a spelling mistake - this has been corrected. Thanks! Bibeyjj (talk) 18:18, 8 February 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Reference Problem[edit]

The reference used in regards to Xrn2's role in Pol II termination is actually a reference to Xrn2's role in Pol I termination. The statement is still correct, but reference needs to be changed 142.66.176.163 (talk) 18:20, 20 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
