Stockham and Stevens[edit]

Perhaps someone more familiar with the topic will know: Was Thomas Stockham, who worked with Jack Dennis and was, like Alan Kotok, the author of a contemporary debugger, influenced by the "expensive tape recorder" or by the speech research (pictured at the TX-0 in 1960) of Kenneth N. Stevens? --Susanlesch 02:06, 25 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Copied to article as "unknown" for now. --Susanlesch 00:37, 28 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Tixo.org[edit]

Has Tixo.org closed? Unfortunately it appears to have. I will copy the paragraph to this article and send a note to the person who owned the site. OK in advance from my point of view to remove it if anyone objects. Except for Gross's description in the CHM archive, it is the only description that could be found. --Susanlesch 07:18, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • Done and including that text is OK. --Susanlesch 13:36, 29 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

External links modified[edit]

Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I have just added archive links to one external link on Expensive Tape Recorder. Please take a moment to review my edit. You may add {{cbignore}} after the link to keep me from modifying it, if I keep adding bad data, but formatting bugs should be reported instead. Alternatively, you can add {{nobots|deny=InternetArchiveBot}} to keep me off the page altogether, but should be used as a last resort. I made the following changes:

  • Attempted to fix sourcing for //www.tixo.org/hacks.xhtml

When you have finished reviewing my changes, please set the checked parameter below to true or failed to let others know (documentation at {{Sourcecheck}}).
