Text and/or other creative content from this version of Republic of Korea Air Force was copied or moved into F-X fighter program with this edit. The former page's history now serves to provide attribution for that content in the latter page, and it must not be deleted as long as the latter page exists.

Disambuguition?[edit]

F-X is also the name of a very important fighter procurement program in the USAF circa 1968 that ultimately resulted in the F-15 Eagle. I think that, at least in the English Language, "F-X fighter program" refers to that program more often than this one. I'm aware there's no current article for it but I suggest we add a disambuguition at the top of the page pointing to https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/McDonnell_Douglas_F-15_Eagle#Development until a dedicated article can be written.

Considering the VFAX, ATF, and JSF each have articles separate from the winning designs, it would probably be a good idea to write articles specific to the F-X, LWF, and VFX programs too. There's a lot of extra content documenting the development of the modern (American) jet fighter.
