Untitled[edit]

Woah.. this article is really poor. I think its worth looking at other pages on other football clubs to get an idea of how they should read, but this seems like it needs a pretty big tidy up. Why for example, is it of any relevance for the intro to the page, that the club lost to Hearts? Relation[edit]

FC Basel captains[edit]

I'd like to include a list of FCB captains but I don't know who has captained Basel over the years. I know that Franco Costanzo is current captain, and Ivan Ergić was captain before him, and Murat Yakin was before him. Who was captain before him? Nationality of Basel fans[edit]

Are there a lot of Turkish fans for this club? I wonder because whenever the oppostion get the ball, Basel fans all jeer and whistle. This is a way Turkish fans show support and it is not usual in Western Europe clubs. Is there a strong Turkish connection with Basel? If so, that would be good to see in the article.

"recentism" template[edit]

Hallo everybody, perhaps someone would like to remove the "recentism" template from the <History> section. I have added many texts, as well as sources and refs over time. Therefore, I consider the issue as resolved. But because I have done this work myself, I would be grateful if somebody else would remove the template. Thank you in advance.
