Meaning of the word?[edit]

Is this an abreviation? If so, what does it stand for? It seems to written differently, sometimes FLAG, sometimes Flag, even in the wikipedia article. What is correct? Phizq (talk) 09:16, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
