Baby Browning Edits[edit]

I removed the mention of a licensing agreement between FN and Colt to produce a copy of the Model 1905/1906 FN Pocket Pistol because no such agreement existed or was needed. Legally binding production and marketing agreements already existed between Colt and FN as regards designs created by John Browning negating the need for Colt to obtain a license. Under this agreement FN could not initially produce or market this pistol, or any Browning pistol design, legally within North America, Great Britain, Ireland, etc. prior to a later edit in the agreement allowing for the same so long as Colt was compensated (I provided one reference with my edit, but there are many more if anybody wants to see them)

Even worse, both the Browning 1905/1906 'Baby' model and the actual Baby Browning pistol are included in this same page without clear differentiation between the two models despite the fact that they are two completely different designs. This page needs some help. Syr74 (talk) 07:25, 8 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
