"List of Free Trade Zones" proposed new requirements[edit]
I've started de-spamming the list, but it would deter future spammers if each item in this list had a either a reference to a reliable, independent source or was a Wikilink to a page which had such a reference (i.e. the particular zone was notable or was discussed and referenced in another article).
Proposal 1: I propose requiring this for all new items starting in January.
Proposal 2: I propose removing all existing items that do not meet this requirement starting in January.

- I'd be quite confident in clearing the list out altogether - per WP:DIRECTORY we can't have a list of external links, and I highly doubt that one of these Zones is ever going to meet the GNG, so I'm not sure what the point would be in building a list. Perhaps a link to a suitably official, non-commercial list, but not much else. ninety:one 18:58, 28 November 2020 (UTC)
