The no-info/taboo rules of FP[edit]

User:Smurrayinchester let us have an open discussion about the topic. What kind of info do you miss? It's hard to provide information about a project not giving information although giving information on how a phone is made was one of their goals. But you can find related posts in the forum. I can dig them up. Missing information - social enterprise[edit]

Removing a sentence in "Operating systems" section[edit]

This edit request by an editor with a conflict of interest has now been answered.

What I think should be changed: Removing the sentence "Ron Amadeo at ars Technica in April 2020 warned /e/ users, "they'll most likely be on an old version of Android", but as of 2023 the official /e/ support for FP3 is based on Android 12."
Why it should be changed: Outdated, irrelevant for this subject, also WP:Weight and at this point of time rather an opinion than a fact
References supporting the possible change (format using the "cite" button): The current version of /e/OS is based on Android 12 following neutral reports: "Murena calls the operating system, ‘/e/OS’ but it’s a de-Googled version of Android 12."^[1]

My edit removed a potentially useful citation[edit]

The edit https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Fairphone&oldid=1175908325 ended up removing the citation https://www.circle-economy.com/resources/the-circular-phone as the text in the article did not match the citation.

However, the citation itself seems to be a report. I'm not sure if a promotional report or unbiased report, I haven't been able to look at it in detail.
