FEU Makati[edit]

Universidad de Extremo Oriente[edit]

The supposedly "Latin" name of the university is Spanish through and through. Is that name official in any capacity and if so, could we specify that it is its official Spanish appellation? Gundsalvv (talk) 17:44, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

The name "Universidad de Extremo Oriente" cited here as a Latin name is Spanish through and through. In [[1]] you will find a Spanish-speaking Filipina writer using said Spanish name to refer to the university. I removed it from the article altogether. A WP:RS citation (there wasn't one) would be needed to clarify the language, context, or use of this phrase. DMacks (talk) 17:46, 12 July 2020 (UTC)[reply]

All of these sources are press releases or rehashes of press releases. I was unable to find any independent coverage of this ranking or the institution behind it, which indicates that it isn't noteworthy enough to mention. – Thjarkur (talk) 18:24, 28 December 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Please see Tsinghua University, Deggendorf Institute of Technology, and Burapha University wiki articles. They all indicated their WURI ranking recognition. Far Eastern College and IABF merger[edit]
