Translation of Farallón[edit]

I have edited the translation of Farallón de Pajaros to "Bird's Rock". Farallón does refer to a rocky formation, but it is more specific that. It is a sea stack. Those cliffs that either protrude into the sea, or are isolated in the shore. Westernmost point[edit]

I don't agree that Farallon de Pajaros is the westernmost point in the United States. The west coast of Farallon de Pajaros is at E144° 53' 10", but the west coast of Guam is at E144° 37' 6", so the west coast of Guam is 16' 4" farther west than the west coast of Farallon de Pajaros. --Marknagel 02:04, 3 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]
