For Thai, when writing about someone, they use First Name, not last name, so may be

Generally that would be the case, but since the subject's career (and the source of her notability) has been in the United States, I think this might be an exception. Fawn is her nickname so using it reads rather too informal for Wikipedia's encyclopedic tone, while her real given name, Prasansook, is too obscure.
