The result of the move request was: No consensus to move the article has been established within the RM time period and thus defaulting to not moved. Additionally, the !votes for "oppose" were significantly stronger arguments and thus resulting in a greater consensus on the !votes. Federal courts of Switzerland → Judiciary of Switzerland – Standardizing the name of main articles for Category:Judiciaries. This is the one linked for Switzerland. Support: its actually a rather logical move. "Judiciary" means the entire system, not just judges. Its more succinct and can be made uniform across other nation's judiciary pages. DaltonCastle (talk) 23:10, 26 April 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Strong Oppose – This article covers only the Swiss Federal courts, not the whole judicial system of the country, which includes many diverse cantonal court systems. Swiss cantons are autonomous states and Swiss people are extremely attached to the federal system distributing power bottom-up from individual citizens to the municipal level, then to the canton and finally to the confederation. — JFG ^talk 12:37, 25 May 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. Federal judiciary of Switzerland (analogous to Federal judiciary of the United States) might be okay, but Judiciary of Switzerland simply isn't an accurate description of the content of this article since the Federal courts encompass only a small portion of the Swiss court system.
