Based on the strong references, a stand-alone article is allowed so I've accepted this WP:AFC submission. Readers, however, may eventually be better served if this material were merged into Feminist art, Feminist art movement, Performance art. ~Kvng (talk) 23:46, 28 November 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Something weird is happening here: people have started adding vast tracts of off-topic content. If the article had not been so glaringly unencyclopaedic before this began, I'd be inclined to revert to a previous version, perhaps this one. Unfortunately that is woefully under-sourced and reads like somebody's school essay – which indeed it may very well be. If people want to edit this page, would they please ensure that their edits concern the topic of feminist performance art? Stuff about an Egyptian film actress, for example, seems wholly out of place here. I've already removed a chunk about Frida Kahlo, as there was no indication of any connection to performance art in her work – which is hardly surprising, as the concept was unknown in her lifetime.
