    I guess he was member of the Reformed Church in Hungary, as a calvinist school is named after him in Tiszaújváros. But as a liberal he considered religious beliefs a personal matter and believed in the segregation of church and state.Vortalwombat (talk) 04:40, 14 September 2016 (UTC)[reply]
