Research section[edit]

Anybody in favor of WP:TNTing the Research section? Removing it completely and letting users fill it again with secondary sources could make for a better article (and would remove the orange template). This already worked in other 2023 Nobel laureates (check Moungi Bawendi and Anne L'Huillier.) ReyHahn (talk) 20:58, 6 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Research section v2[edit]

@Thorsten Naeser: it is the third time I have to tell you that you cannot add a "Research section" without citing any sources. It looks promotional and does not have an encyclopedic tone. It would be better to add content based on specific and notable information from the Nobel summary or from other prizes (compare Louis Brus, Moungi Bawendi and Anne L'Huillier). It would be more helpful to add specific examples that are notable (making the first attosecond sources, being the first to implement it on the study of photoelectric emission, or in biology and so on) instead of having a section that just boast about attosecond physics. There was already a section on research that was removed but had a different problem, it was based purely on primary sourced produced by Krausz so avoid that too. If the section cannot be amended it would get removed again. I am taking special care of these articles as these are celebrities now per the Nobel Prize and we have to be careful due to WP:BLP.--ReyHahn (talk) 13:14, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Picture[edit]

@Thorsten Naeser: I am making a second thread to discuss the picture of the article. The previous images had more light and looked less griny. Why do you want to use the new one?--ReyHahn (talk) 13:14, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Also the new picture might be infrininging on copyright issues, please take care of that before we can use it here.--ReyHahn (talk) 13:17, 22 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
