The comment made at the Help Desk mentioned this article from 2010 as evidence that the section should be removed, since there was a mistrial involving the jurors. However, a mistrial doesn't mean it never happened or that charges were dropped, and this article from 2011 is more recent, as is this one, both of which show that the event was not "resolved" with the mistrial. - SudoGhost 07:12, 25 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
