Ti percentage[edit]

> an alloy of iron and titanium with between 10–20 and 45–75% titanium and sometimes a small amount of carbon

Is this line the result of a typo omitting that the 10-20 is the percentage of iron, or does it accurately state that the titanium percentage is 10-20 or 45-75, but never 20-45?
