Banning a user[edit]

Can we ban or block ISP:71.207.13.160 from editing this page, he did six different vandalism, interlocking all of them (preventing them from being undone)I had to edit them back manually clear vandlzim can we at least ban him from editing this page.--The Navigators (talk)-May British Rail Rest in Peace. 22:55, 8 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Blurb removal[edit]
