"In the winter of 2005, Fine by Me became a non-profit registered in New York." commented out of article. Winter of 2005??? Plus website says it has only applied for (501c3) status. Thanks for the email and I'm happy Fine By Me has been added to Wikipedia. The correct style is Fine By Me (first letters all capitalized). I will take a look at the link today and edit the entry as you suggested. Thanks again for getting in touch!
