Untitled[edit]

The article is incorrect when it calls the bank an "overseas Chinese bank." It is a NY State chartered, US-owned bank with no affiliation with any overseas entity. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 50.74.35.250 (talk) 13:31, 30 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
