Fair use rationale for Image:Viet Cong posing.jpg[edit]

Image:Viet Cong posing.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

A possible source - Tucker[edit]

Tucker "The Encyclopedia of the Vietnam War", pp. 952 onwards seems like it could be a useful source (only preview available on Google books though) [1]. Does anyone have access to this source? Anotherclown (talk) 00:07, 13 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

The first number is "2000 KIA, 4,169 WIA" (this number was quoted in PAVN history book). But IP changed it, became "14,000 KIA", without any source or reason. So, why you don't want to revert this number? (P/S: 26,000 is ARVN CASUALTIES (KIA+WIA+CIA), not only "KIA" as you thought, the loss ratio 4:1 is not seem highly unlikely, ok)27.72.40.71 (talk) 05:04, 13 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
