I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Yugoslavia, not Serbia[edit]

This is Yugoslav championship, not Serbian. Even Serbian club sites make difference between these two championships. See the very references:

Now the problem is that seasons 92-06 are included neither here nor in Basketball League of Serbia, while some parts of this article (names, famous players) still incule this period. The second problem is this sentence: "the 1980s saw a disappointing slump of talent in the Yugoslav Basketball League." What does that suppose to mean? Cibona won Euroleague 1984-85, 1985-86 and Saporta Cup 1981-82, 1986-87.Linhart (talk) 10:41, 15 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
