GA Review[edit]

Hello. I'll be doing the GA review for this article. Here are some suggestions for improvement:

Will try to find one --Mr.crabby ''''' (Talk) 16:46, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Actually, you don't need to. The image is web-resolution, which is apparently fine for illustrating television episodes. Nikki311 17:58, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Characters and actors need to be linked the first time they are mentioned. This includes the lead.

  • "Charlie Pace (Dominic Monaghan) and Hugo "Hurley" Reyes (Jorge Garcia) conclude that Desmond must be able to see into the future, and they hatch a plan to get Desmond drunk and then tell them what is going on." - seems wordy, maybe --> "Charlie Pace (Dominic Monaghan) and Hugo "Hurley" Reyes (Jorge Garcia) conclude that Desmond must be able to see into the future, and they hatch a plan to get Desmond to get drunk and confess."

  • "doesn't" - unless the contraction is in a quote, spell it out
Changed --Mr.crabby ''''' (Talk) 16:46, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • "Desmond later goes to Penny's billionare father, Charles Widmore (Alan Dale) and asks for his permission in marrying his daughter." --> "Desmond later goes to Penny's billionare father, Charles Widmore (Alan Dale) and asks for his permission to marry his daughter."

  • "In an interview, Henry Ian Cusick, who plays Desmond, said shooting the episode was both "fun" and "tiring"." - is there a cite for this?

  • I would mention that the episode received mostly positive reviews in the lead.
Done --Mr.crabby ''''' (Talk) 16:46, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • "beginning to think the Lost producers have a different definition for the word "answer"." - quotes within a quote use apostrophes instead --> "beginning to think the Lost producers have a different definition for the word 'answer'."
Changed --Mr.crabby ''''' (Talk) 16:46, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • Henry Ian Cusick is linked twice in reception.
Un-linked --Mr.crabby ''''' (Talk) 16:46, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
  • The article also needs a general copyedit, but I'll do that once everything else is taken care of. The article will be on hold for seven days to allow for improvements. Nikki311 12:27, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Don't worry about the image thing (see comment above). I'll copyedit later today. Nikki311 17:58, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Okay cool, thanks for reviewing --Mr.crabby ''''' (Talk) 18:15, 1 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]
