Information obtained from the Utah State Parks website is not copyrighted and is considered part of the public domain. http://stateparks.utah.gov is the official Utah State Parks website. The website you cite got it's information from the official website named here.

I agree that the the copyright bot that tagged these articles found a match from a commercial website; However, it's obvious that these commercial websites pilfered the content from the State of Utah's website. However, I'm not sure I agree with the above statement that content on the state of Utah's website is in public domain. The terms of use for the utah.gov website [1] are ambiguous, and I am not 100% convinced that the above terms and conditions can be considered public domain. As such, I would prefer that we stay away from the matter, and use the utah.gov website as a source for original content. Also, I sent you a message on your talk page on how to use the state logo on this article and still comply with wikipedia's guidelines. I'm not sure if you got it.
