The birth and death years seem very difficult to pin down, with even the same source (Marsha Richmond) giving either 1869 or 1868 for the birth and 1948 or 1949 for death. I've rushed through the sources too quickly to tabulate all the mentions. It would be nice to have more definite dates. MartinPoulter (talk) 16:53, 26 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
