Work to be done[edit]

I took this article from a disaster state due to the radical redistricting of 2012 to a semi-coherent state.

It needs work on the former black-majority district, which I have called in some places the "1993-2012" district. But actually, it's a little more complex than that because (I have the impression) it actually went through one or more slight alterations during this time. (So you will find its last iteration called the 2003-2012 district in some places).

Additionally general updates are needed for the historical elections, etc., charts. And the the "Fact Box" in the right hand needs lots of info filled in.

And then an entire section of text needs to be created about the wonders of the new district and its representative.
