| This article should not be required to conform to the standard of "neutral point of view" because of it's subject matter which is a re-telling of cultural myths, legends or folk stories. Folk stories may have lessons or moral or cautionary points, but by their nature they are not neutral, being fictional and told and handed down by people, usually in an oral tradition. I think that the stories on this page are good examples of a blending of spanish and native cultures, with mostly European descent protagonists. The only flaw that they have is their sometimes awkwardly translated phrases such as 'she had long fine hair which hung until her back", but these phrases could also, because these tales are folkloric, be considered part of the story's charm.(24.4.52.83 (talk) 08:49, 15 March 2009 (UTC)) |
