More history
Better description of terminal point (especially in Downtown, it may be more accurate to describe the parkways as becoming [Streets_of_St._Louis#Market_Street|Market Street], or vice versa)
Confirmation of who is responsible for maintenance (MoDOT, or is it split between county and city)
Expansion of the infobox
Possibly a list of major intersections? No sure about this one.
List of current/planned maintenance as available - I know there is a major reshaping of the intersection with Kingshighway, where they are removing the bridge and turning it into a normal intersection.

I went ahead and updated most of this. Added more history, better explained terminal point in Midtown, maintenance responsibility, infobox expansion, and the recent intersection changes at Kingshighway.
