Is there a source of references for the Apple Festival comment?

Proposed Village Dissolution[edit]

I'm wondering if this is an appropriate place to discuss the upcoming dissolution vote on November 3. While absolutely true: The vote is rushed and there's incomplete information being given to village voters (including hard financial figures, long-term projections, and alternatives to dissolution), Wikipedia pages are not generally used to discuss current contested political events or ballot measures (to wit, neither gun control laws nor Obamacare are included on the overview pages for the United States (those issues have their own pages). Other cities and villages do not have ballot measures on their wikipedia pages, either.
