Concerns: HOWTO and legal advice[edit]

Wikipedia is not a howto guide. This article comes very close, even after recent cleanup. It also seems to be a great amount of interpretation of sources (for instance NOLO, Dartmouth legal advice for students, immihelp.com, path2usa.com, etc.) or original research. If someone doesn't step forward to correct these issues, it may have to be radically cut back or proposed for deletion. - Bri (talk) 00:40, 10 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]
