Expand[edit]

Given that Form S-1 raises billions of dollars, this article deserves a bit of enlargement!! Reg C Handford (talk) 11:05, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Non-IPO[edit]

S-1's are used by companies already public all the time, to register more shares for additional fundraising. The article should reflect that it's not only IPOs that S-1s are used for.
