Note[edit]

There appear to be two prongs to the bishops complaints re health care: (1) that religious institutions should be exempt from providing coverage for a variety of things an (2) that individuals generally should be allowed to claim exemptions on the basis of conscience from covering anything they poject to on moral grounds.
