Meaning of the name Forvo[edit]

Trivia, not substantial enough for the article: a blog by Forvo said in 2008 that the origin of the name Forvo is close to "FOR-VOcalization".[1] Ceinturion (talk) 15:09, 9 October 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Useless[edit]

A bunch of idiots who are deleting words and pronunciations without any reason. They don't even have a system of rules which would be understood the same way for everybody. For example they deleted the Spanish expression "planta perenne" I added, but the Italian "pianta perenne" which means the same, is still there. It seems they are just deleting the words they don't like. Or the illiterate Spanish editors simply don't know them. --El Mexicano (talk) 16:53, 17 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Some of the Forvo moderators are indeed morons. — Peter238 (v̥ɪˑzɪʔ mɑˑɪ̯ tˢʰoˑk̚ pʰɛˑɪ̯d̥ʒ̊) 05:07, 25 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]
