Foster-Payne[edit]

Searching through the records, there does not seem to have been much done in the way of a survey of this house, and it does not indicate that the owner had allowed access to the second floor for documentation for the NRHP. Given that a mere two pages covers this nomination, a few additional details on Foster had to be dug up with a record search. Though not entirely related to the building, it is important to note. The nomination is sparse in detail on the house, not even being able to decide upon a particular architectural style, but I did acknowledge the state of the cupola which is damaged according to the 2013 picture. As of now, this represents the amount of publishable material on the house. For the sake of the matter, I have omitted the names of the owners because this house is not known to have been opened for historic house tours or part of the public eye.
