Two Options for Disambiguation to Employment Integrity Testing[edit]

I am in need of figuring out the hatnote for the second option and am hoping for a suggestion of which type of disambiguation would be a better fit, more proper or formal, for Wikipedia.

OPTION 1[edit]

Integrity is defined as firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic values.[1] Test is defined as applying a test as a mean of analysis or diagnosis. [2]

Employment Integrity Testing[edit]

“Integrity Testing” could be defined as applying a test to analyze or diagnose a code of moral or artistic values applied to people. This is a plausible combined definition that could be used in psychology for Employment Integrity Testing that can sometimes be administered by companies via background checks.[3][4]

Foundation Integrity Testing[edit]

“Integrity Testing” is referenced as a name given to the non-destructive testing of piled foundations. It was used or started back in the late 1960s and has developed over the years by many companies. Because of three companies there are many users of the test equipment for example, in Europe by CEBTP, in Asia and Australia by Integrity Testing, and in the USA by GRL.[5]
