This article never says what the forth vow actually is. This really needs to be corrected. Can someone knowlegable about the subject give the wording of the fourth vow? MishaPan (talk) 05:28, 17 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Especially with reference to what was recorded in the Journals of the 62nd Congress, 3rd Session, United States Congressional Record (House Calendar No. 397, Report No. 1523, Contested case of the Election of Eugene C Bonniwell, against Thos S Butler, 15 February, 1913, pp. 3215-3216), before it was allegedly torn out [1].
