I think this article should possibly be at Deutsch-Französisches Institut and the current article residing there moved or deleted. MSGJ 21:27, 7 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]
Following the link and reading this article, it would appear that these are two separate institutions in different places in Germany, so no change is appropriate.--DThomsen8 (talk) 20:21, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
They are indeed two completely different organisations with nothing whatsoever to do with each other! I think that was the reason we used "Franco-German Insitute" as the title, but I also think it would be better to use Deutsch-Französiches Institut, as the German version does--109.192.125.244 (talk) 09:42, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I rather rashly changed the abbreviation in the lede from dfi to DFI, and now I see that dfi is used throughout the article. Should the edit be carried through to all the instances of dfi, or should I revert my change to dfi? --DThomsen8 (talk) 20:24, 5 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
We use the lower case in our logo, but I guess it doesn't really matter as long as either one or the other is used --109.192.125.244 (talk) 09:36, 14 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
