Surname[edit]

One of the references for the article gives his surname as Osborn. This seems to be the correct spelling of his name as the New York Times also used it in an article about the phone call, calling him Frank P. Osborn -https://www.nytimes.com/1951/11/11/archives/dial-phone-links-mayors-on-coasts-englewood-call-to-alameda-in-11.html.

The Political Graveyard website says his name is Frank P. Osborn and he is presumed deceased, I'm not sure how reliable that site is though. Skycloud86 (talk) 14:43, 21 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
