There appears to be an error in the material on Frank Fiorini, aka Frank Sturgis. Frank Fiorini was a neighbor of mine and a high school classmate. He lived about a block away in Norfolk, VA and his mother married Sturgis, sold at the city market, and was a friend of my mother. His name in the class book was Frank Anthony Fiorini, III. He later took the name of his step father hence Frank Sturgis. Other information would appear to confirm my comments and the Wikipedia pages appear to be a bit creative.

Book HERE says, he was born Angelo and changed it to Anthony. Obituary HERE for Fiorini III is not the same person. Other sources back up the name change. Raquel Baranow (talk) 15:19, 20 October 2013 (UTC)

Frank Sturgis (Fiorni)

This article used to say that Frank attended Old Dominion University before he joined the Norfolk Police Dept. Now it says he attended VPI. ODU did not exist at that time. I do believe he attended William and Mary Norfolk Div. before joining the police dept. It seems I remember him telling me that, but I cannot be sure at this date. Help with fr.wikipedia

There is a French Wikipedia article called "Clan Fiorini", largely by an IP editor, that claims there is a mafia family involving two people, Florio Fiorini and Frank Fiorini, i.e. Frank Sturgis. The article has citations about Frank and about Fiorio, but none of the citations actually link the two and I can see no evidence that there is such a thing as the "Clan Fiorini".

Can anyone here shed light on this? Best I can tell, the article should be deleted, but my French is not up to doing an AfD(!), so can anyone help with that, or can anyone offer citations supporting the claims in that article, or any link between Frank and Florio? In addition the fr. article for Frank Sturgis is currently at Frank Fiorini, in contravention of fr.'s WP:TITRE (the equivalent of WP:COMMONNAME). It appears to be an IP editor pushing a conspiracy theory to me, but this is not my area of expertise. Bondegezou (talk) 09:50, 15 October 2018 (UTC)

Date of Jim Garrison’s appearance on The Tonight Show
