Fair use rationale for Image:Frank J Zamboni promo photo.jpg[edit]

Image:Frank J Zamboni promo photo.jpg is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. Prescriptivist nonsense[edit]

"Though the term Zamboni was (and remains) trademarked by his company, the name is sometimes improperly used for any brand of ice resurfacing machine." -- This should be rephrased, first and foremost by changing "improperly" to "generically". Google Doodle[edit]

Answering my own question - It seems to be the census between other Google Doodle attributed people that it is, under a "In Popular Culture" section, which I added above the text, and also added "See Other" links to Zamboni Company & Ice resurfacer nezZario (talk) 18:40, 6 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
