Neutrality[edit]

I took out some of the content I felt was not written in a neutral manner but rather to promote the university. It's not necessary to include quotes from students about how the university affected them, it's not suited to an encyclopedia article. It's also not appropriate to talk about how Freedom University is "better" than other schools in terms of social justice or things like that. Remember that the goal here is to provide information and not try to convince readers of the subject's merits. ... discospinster talk 21:40, 7 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Discospinster: I agree that you have removed material that could be interpreted as advocacy. Are you satisfied that those changes have addressed NPOV, or do you have other suggestions to improve NPOV? I'm inclined to remove the tag if there are no other changes needed. Cheers! — Grand'mere Eugene (talk) 16:59, 8 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
As of 13 Septmber, the page has had 238 page views, and no additional responses here, so I'm removing the tag. Anyone who identifies further NPOV concerns is welcome to discuss here. Cheers! — Grand'mere Eugene (talk) 19:28, 13 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

  • This interesting and well-written article is new enough and long enough. The hook facts are cited inline and either hook could be used. The article is neutral and I detected no copyright issues. No QPQ needed for this first DYK by a new editor. Cwmhiraeth (talk) 08:48, 14 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
