Maybe, but, at ARC or FAC reviews you always to avoid linking current nations' links. So I assumed at that moment that we'd to link Singapore and France because they do not have the same nations as today. In the "British attack on 8 July 1940 and repairs" section, the section uses both short and long tons even the rest of the article doesn't use short ones.

The is no summary table in the File:Richelieu-1.jpg and there should be a link there too. Same with File:Richelieu-3.jpg
- Neither are necessary for the image to be usable - Rama uploaded a bunch of scans from the ONI books, and the only reason the one has a link was because I uploaded a higher-res version the NHHC has digitized - for whatever reason they haven't done the others.
What's the date of File:Richelieu Ney York.jpg and where is its link too?
