Untitled[edit]

I noticed the tiny flag of Germany on this page is the current flag of Germany and is similar or the same as previous historical German flags, but is different from the German Empire Flag which would have been flown in 1896. It is the German Empire Flag that is used as the graphic on the Mixed Team at the 1896 Summer Olympics page, so there's an inconsistency. NeilCoughlin (talk) 23:41, 22 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Sources[edit]

This article has {{unreferenced|date=September 2008}} for a long time: Where did you gain its original source, especially about his later days? Other Wikipedia versions simply translate English articles. Googling "Friedrich Traun", we can find only copies of Wikipedia -- its primary sources nowhere on the Internet. I'm a Japanese writer, but I won't feel like translating such an article without reliable primary sources. Please find reliable website or books for WP:V policy. My best regards from Japanese WP. --Hhst (talk) 14:38, 13 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
