Can you explain why a NPOV tag was added please? Tallesttrees (talk) 22:11, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Given the fact that it's written like an advertisement, there would also appear to be some bias in it. If nothing else, it tells editors they need to look for criticisms and the like. —C.Fred (talk) 22:18, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is a promotion of your product. There is no neutrality. Sasank Sleeper (talk) 22:25, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

What kind of software is it ? (the broad class) It would also help if you use an infobox. Sasank Sleeper (talk) 22:25, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The external links also serve to attract customers than to provide information. Sasank Sleeper (talk) 22:26, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

This is not my product - I am a writer. There are no "customers" - it is free and open source. I can add more technical information when I get a chance. The intention of this piece was to add details to a page that was linked to four times in Wikipedia but had no information on it. Tallesttrees (talk) 22:37, 14 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I have just added a bit more general description of what FrontlineSMS does. I am a volunteer for the software and hope that I have maintained neutrality. Please confirm that none of the changes seem controversial or exceed basic description. I have removed some factual errors that had been misreported by the media and previous entry relating to Haiti and other circumstance. I corrected some minor typos, and added more basic information.
