Why Mr.keynes is so keen on the psychological law of the aggregate economy of the household?[edit]

I think it is impossible for the psychological law/principle of the aggregate economy of the household to emerge, without the psychological law of the individual labour, employment, income, and economy.

The foundation/basic concepts of psychological law of the Macroeconomy of Mr. Keynes shouldn't have emerged, without the psychological law of the individual economy which constitute to form the concepts of the psychological law/principle of the aggregate economy of the households.
