Mistaken identity?[edit]

The George Washington Mordecai who was the son of educator Jacob Mordecai was born in 1801.^[1] This article appears to be confusing more than one man with the same name; they are likely related, but not the same person. Penny Richards (talk) 20:52, 14 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Fixed and destubbed. This article is now only about the California sheep rancher and legislator. Penny Richards (talk) 03:12, 15 November 2023 (UTC)[reply]
